Out of the blue my Western Digital hard drive stopped working without any noticed. Drive had not taken a fall or anything. I contacted WD Support but they advised I needed to send the external drive to a Data Recovery company. Three of the ten never mention what machine they had, only that their files came home. That mix is typical of a normal month here.
